Base Metal

Zinc Alloy Die Casting

Characteristics: Excellent fluidity for casting, allowing for complex designs with fine details and high-relief. Accepts all types of plating and enamel filling. Cost-effective for most projects.

Brass/Copper Stamping

Characteristics: Soft and highly malleable, yielding a premium, heavy-weight feel and exceptionally sharp detail. The preferred base for high-end gold and silver plating.

Iron Metal Stamping

Characteristics: A hard, sturdy, and economical base metal. Requires a full plating finish (e.g., antique finish) to prevent rust. Offers a classic, substantial weight.

Stainless Steel Etching

Characteristics: Provides a modern, industrial aesthetic. Highly rust-resistant and durable, ideal for items subjected to wear and outdoor use. Can be laser engraved.

Bringing Color

Hard Enamel (Cloisonné)

A traditional premium technique. Mineral enamel powder is baked at high temperature, creating a hard, smooth, and glossy surface that is flush with the metal edges. Colors are vibrant and extremely durable.

Visual Effect: Mirror-smooth, vivid colors. Ideal for high-end badges and coins.

Soft Enamel (Imitation Enamel):

The most common and versatile technique. Epoxy resin is filled into recessed areas, creating a tactile texture. Allows for textured effects and is more cost-effective.

Visual Effect: Textured surface, bright colors. Perfect for most custom pins.

Screen Printing (for PVC Patches)

The primary method for applying color to PVC and rubber patches. It allows for full-color photographic detail, gradients, and complex graphics.

Visual Effect: Flat, vibrant, and detailed. Excellent for detailed PVC patch designs.

Paint Filling (for Struck Metal)

Colorful paint is filled into the recessed areas of struck pins and medals. Can be matte or glossy. A classic and durable option.

Plating & Finishing Effects

Gold / Silver Plating

using Nickel base

A bright, shiny, and classic finish. Provides a premium look for award medals and badges. We offer both imitation and real gold plating options.

Antique / Black Nickel Plating

A dark finish is applied and then polished, leaving dark accents in the recessed areas. Dramatically enhances the 3D depth and vintage appeal of challenge coins and medals.

Epoxy Coating

Dome Effect

A clear, thick resin layer is applied over soft enamel pins. It creates a domed, glossy effect that protects the colors and adds a premium, rounded look.

Polished & Matte Finish

The metal itself can be polished to a high shine or given a matte (sandblasted) texture, creating contrast and visual interest.

Flexible & Fabric Options

PVC Rubber Patches

Characteristics: Molded from flexible PVC, these patches are durable, waterproof, and can be produced with great detail and multiple layers. Low MOQ is available for standard designs.

Embroidered Patches
